Total Quality Management (TQM) is a system of problem-solving techniques and management concepts to be applied to achieve business excellence in an organization. TQM uses strategy, data, system and effective communications to integrate the quality discipline into the culture and activities of the organization. This course is designed to introduce the conceptual framework for modern business to long-term success through customer satisfaction.
Prerequisite:
Prior knowledge/experience in Statistics and Quality management is preferred.
