This course aims to help students to understand recent theoretical frameworks and practical issues in managing innovation and technology commercialization. The course aims to give students a thorough knowledge of where innovation takes place, how to organize it, and how innovation strategy can be used to enhance knowledge transfer, technology commercialization, and entrepreneurship.
