This course aims to provide students with both theoretical and hands-on understanding of some major concepts, practices, issues facing, and tools used in the management of creative thinking and creative problem solving. The purpose is to generate a practical approach to the management of creativity and innovation in a firm, especially a start-up company. It emphasizes on practical application of knowledge in solving real-life challenges.
