Course Descriptions:
Overall, this course is meant to provide an introductory overview to the topics of Organizational Behavior – the study of individual and group behavior in organizational settings. The goal of this course is to familiarize students with current research and practice concerning the people’s cognition and behavior at work. In this course, we will read empirical and theoretical works as well as practical cases that are related to Organizational Behavior.
