澳洲 Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI)為一照顧相關領域的非營利的實證組織。其有實證發展與臨床應用的理論架構、系統文獻回顧課程與應用軟體,並直接與Cochrane nursing care field 的知識發展與實證世界化接軌。陽明交通大學的臺灣實證卓越中心為附屬於JBI 的一個跨領域的實證中心,協助推廣實證知識發展、教育與臨床應用。
本課程為澳洲JBI 實證中心五天的初階系統性文獻回顧訓練工作坊,主要針對量性研究、質性研究等研究證據的評讀及統合的訓練。系統文獻查證研究法日新月異,且因應許多知識的型態,JBI 發展許多新的研究方法。此外,系統文獻回顧是發展臨床指引的必備實證文獻,可以對未來發展臨床指引進行奠基。
本課程包括各類型的系統文獻研究法、研究證據、評讀方式、評讀工具及軟體介紹,並實際操練及運用軟體撰寫系統性文獻回顧計劃書,全程上完五天的課程將能取得JBI 實證中心國際認證的評讀員(certificate of reviewers) 證照,並具備研擬系統性文獻回顧計劃書及執行完整系統性文獻回顧的概念及技能。JBI 實證中心所發展之軟體為一易學及便利的輔助工具,可於OVID介面免費使用,並可以輸入中文,可協助對系統性回顧有興趣之研究者快速擬定計畫及評讀、分析不同類型之系統性文獻回顧實證資料。此外,JBI 系統文獻回顧的草案書寫與系統文獻回顧完稿均可個別投稿至JBI evidence synthesis雜誌 (月刊),同步收錄JBI 之資料庫中(為e-journal),適合學習國外期刊稿之護理同仁使用。
本課程將介紹三個模組,Module 1、Model 2 與 Model 3 均需報告一篇系統文獻查證之草案並進行討論。課程五天之安排第一天為Model I,接著Model 2, Model 3 各兩天。工作坊內容如下:
